To book your appointment we require confirmation on booking. This is done via Fresha, who securely store your card details.
We require 48 hours notice to cancel or change your appointment.
No card payment will be taken, we just hold your details. If you cancel or change your appointment within 48 hours, we will automatically charge your card 50% of the treatment value.
If you do not confirm your appointment, we will cancel your appointment
All payments must be made by cash or bank transfer.
